Ecommerce Flex Agent
Your eBay, WooCommerce or Shopify store, run every single day.
A stale listing loses the search ranking. A missed dispatch deadline loses the buyer. An unanswered message loses the sale. An Ecommerce Flex Agent runs your store daily so none of that happens on your watch. From £99/month per channel, £0 setup.
The problem
Running a good online store is a full-time job most sellers do part-time.
Listings drift out of date. Stock goes wrong across variations. Buyer messages sit for two days. Feedback never gets left. Meanwhile a competitor is undercutting your price and you don't find out until sales slow down.
An Ecommerce Flex Agent does the daily running of the store, on eBay, WooCommerce or Shopify, the part that eats an evening a week, so your listings stay sharp, your orders stay on time, and your buyers hear back the same day.
- Always draft, never a surprise. Nothing publishes or sends without your approval, unless you choose hands-off.
- Every order tracked. Dispatch deadlines flagged before they're missed, not after.
- Every message answered. Drafted same-day, approved by you, sent.
- Protected, not just automated. Rights and compliance risk flagged before it becomes a takedown.
What it can do
One agent, covering everything a store needs daily.
Listings that stay sharp
Creates and edits listings, optimises titles, categories and item specifics for search visibility, keeps stock accurate across variations.
Priced against the market
Checks your pricing against live competitors, so you're not the seller quietly losing to a cheaper listing.
Orders to dispatch
Tracks every order through to dispatch with deadline flags, sets up international shipping, keeps shipping policies consistent.
Buyer messages, drafted daily
Monitors buyer messages and drafts replies for your approval, same day, not whenever you next get to it.
Feedback, handled
Leaves positive feedback automatically once an order delivers clean. Skips anything with an open issue or dispute.
Protection & compliance
Flags trademark and rights-violation risk before it becomes a takedown, keeps your policy setup compliant.

FAQ
Common questions.
Which platforms does it cover?
eBay, WooCommerce and Shopify. Each is its own dedicated Flex Agent at £99/month, run one channel or run all three.
Will it publish a listing or send a buyer message without me seeing it first?
Not unless you switch it to hands-off. The default is always-draft: you approve every listing edit, every buyer reply and every feedback post before it goes out.
Does it work with my existing store?
Yes. It connects to the eBay, WooCommerce or Shopify store you already have. No migration, no re-listing from scratch.
Does it leave feedback automatically?
Yes, once you're comfortable with hands-off mode, it leaves positive feedback after a clean delivery and skips anything with an open issue or dispute.
Is there a setup fee?
No. £0 setup fee, cancel any time.
Is my store data safe?
Your data sits in your own private, isolated workspace. We never cross-share data between customer teams.
