Event registration
If you register for one of our events, we collect your name, email address, business name and type of business, phone number, and whether you use WhatsApp. We use them to register you, confirm your place by email, run the event and answer your questions. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to run our events and to reply to the people who register. We do not use your details for marketing. Your registration can be seen by our team and by the services we use to store it, send email and work together, including AI-assisted tools whose providers may process details in the United States.
We keep a record of enquiries, chats and our dealings with you. If you would like your own record deleted, contact us at hello@nordsys.co.uk and we will do it.
Contact form, phone, text, WhatsApp and email
If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your website address if you give one, and your message. We use this to reply to your enquiry and arrange any work you ask for. We do this because you have asked us to, and because we have a legitimate interest in answering enquiries. The form is sent to our business email.

Connecting your accounts
If you give us an access key or connect an online account to us, we store only what is needed to set up and run the connection you asked for, protected by encryption, and use it only for the tasks you have asked for. We delete it when you ask. See that page for details.
Website statistics
We count visits to this site, for statistics only, using our own counting tool. It sets no cookies and does not store your IP address. For each page view it records the page, the site you came from, any campaign label in the link you used, your country (approximate) and whether the visitor looks like a person or a robot. To count unique visitors it uses an identifier. We do not share this data with anyone except our hosting provider, which stores it on our behalf. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. If you click 'Don't count my visits' in the footer, we remember your choice in this browser with one small local-storage flag called na_ignore; our counter stores nothing else in your browser. You can object at any time using the link in the footer, or contact us at hello@nordsys.co.uk. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site.
Fonts, videos and links
Our fonts are served from our own site. Some pages let you play YouTube videos: playing a video loads it from YouTube (Google), which may store cookies on your device and receive your IP address. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play. Links to WhatsApp take you to WhatsApp, which has its own privacy notice.
Your rights
You have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict how we use it, and to object to our use of it. Where we process your information based on your consent or a contract, you can also ask for it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email us at the address above. We will reply within one month.
