Video: "Rank #1 on Google with Hermes Agent OS" by Julian Goldie on YouTube.

The problem this workflow addresses

Most AI SEO setups treat each tool as a separate step: open ChatGPT for keyword ideas, switch to a video tool, switch again to publish, do it all manually the next week. There is no coordination and no memory between sessions. Hermes Agent OS is Julian's attempt to fix that by making the tools work together on a shared goal rather than running independently.

The result is a four-step loop — research, produce, publish, multiply — run by agents that each know what the others have done.

Step one: Claude picks the keywords

The first step is keyword and topic selection, handled by Claude inside the Agent OS dashboard. Claude is given the site's niche, existing content, and a brief about the audience; it returns a prioritised list of target terms with intent analysis attached. The point is not to replace keyword tools entirely but to skip the manual triage phase — Claude reads the brief and surfaces the topics most worth pursuing, including angles likely to appear in AI Overviews on Google.

AI Overviews matter here because Google's search results increasingly feature a generated summary before organic links. Content that gets cited in that summary earns visibility even when the user does not click through. Julian's workflow specifically targets this format, not just the blue links beneath it.

Step two: HyperFrames builds the video

Once a topic is selected, Hermes passes it to HyperFrames, which produces a short-form video structured around the target keyword. The video includes a spoken explanation, on-screen text, and captioning — the combination that tends to perform in both YouTube search and in Google's video carousel results.

The appeal of video-first SEO is that a single piece of content can surface in more places than a text article alone: YouTube search, Google video carousels, AI Overview citations, and social clips all become possible outputs from one production run. HyperFrames automates the production side; the Agent OS coordinates what topic it works on.

Step three: optimised publish

The third step is publication with proper on-page optimisation: title, description, tags, transcript, and a companion article or landing page if the keyword warrants one. Hermes handles the scheduling and cross-posting, and logs what was published so the next run does not duplicate it. The memory layer is what makes this different from a one-off workflow — the system knows its own output history.

Step four: multi-format spread

The final step takes the published video and repurposes it: short clips for social, a written summary, quote cards, email snippets. Hermes coordinates which formats to produce based on the platform targets in the original brief. The goal is to make one core piece of content reach as many indexed surfaces as possible without manually reformatting it each time.

What to expect in practice

The workflow is genuinely faster than doing these steps manually, and the memory layer does prevent the duplicated effort that plagues most content operations. That said, there are limits worth naming honestly.

Claude's keyword selection is only as good as the brief you give it — thin briefs produce generic suggestions. HyperFrames video quality is adequate for ranking purposes but is not the same as a produced talking-head video. And AI Overviews are not guaranteed: Google's criteria for what gets cited changes, and a well-structured piece may still not surface in the generated summary.

Where the workflow adds clearest value is in volume and consistency: if your SEO strategy requires regular output across a range of terms, this stack can maintain that pace without proportionally increasing the time it takes from you.
